Lisa’s career began as a sports photographer, where she learned to see photographs quickly with confidence while under pressure. With this experience and her ability to capture a subject's personality has enabled Lisa to successfully work extensively photographing people for editorial and commercial clients. Some clients include: the Lombardi Cancer Center, National Basketball Association, Washington Cathedral, Knight Foundation, American Bar Association, Six Flags Park, WETA, Smith School of Business, Maryland Life magazine, Lotto People Magazine, Street & Smith, The Lutheran, Associated Press, Chesapeake Life, USA Today, Baltimore Magazine, and Slam Magazine. Lisa’s photography illustrated the cover and the pages of three horseback riding books: Taking up Riding as an Adult, Getting the Most from Riding Lessons, and Getting your First Horse. For two summers, Lisa had the unusual opportunity of documenting the progress of archaeological work for the Combined Caesarea Expeditions in Caesarea, Israel. Among other, Lisa has photographed notables Senator Hillary Clinton, Former President Bill Clinton, Wizard’s Gilbert Arenas, President George W. Bush, Comedian Larry David, Al and Tipper Gore, Willie Nelson, YoYo Ma and the Bare-naked Ladies.
